A question: last year I could still read and process
/PAMinBiasUPC/HIRun2013-PromptReco-v1/RECO | CERN Open Data Portal
(/PAMinBiasUPC/HIRun2013-PromptReco-v1/RECO)
but now it seems that the files are gone. Was is intentional, or does one have to request re-accessing those open data?

We have connected on this via the opendata-support email, but I wanted to put a response on the forum for others who might find this question.
The deletion of these files was unintentional. Unfortunately they need to be recreated by CMS, and this process is ongoing (it involves a bit of software archeology). As soon as possible, we will have these files accessible again on the Open Data portal.
