A new maintenance release of the DELPHI software stack is available.

- Rebase on OpenPHIGS 0.64, implementing bug fixes and improving support for transparency
- Bug fixes in the event display, DELGRA
- DSTANA will now try to detect if reprocessed data is being read and log this in its log file.
Tip: to go back to an older release, set the environment variable DELPHI_RELEASE and source the environment again.
